What is the cost of a fully customised luthier-handcrafted classical guitar?
A fully-customised classical guitar costs from SGD4,000 . The final cost would be determined by the materials used and the difficulty of the customisation. These would be agreed upon with you before work begins. The cost of the guitar excludes shipping cost / handling, tax and insurance.
What do I next after deciding on my choice of guitar?
A purchase agreement with payment terms and instrument specifications will be prepared and signed. The invoice will be 50 percent of the full price (non-refundable deposit) upon commissioning and the remaining 50 percent (plus shipping / handling, tax and insurance) when the instrument is completed and to be shipped. All payments in SGD.
Do I pay for the shipping cost for my foreign-made luthier guitar to Singapore?
Yes, shipping cost / handling, tax and insurance will be borne by the buyer. We will provide the best available rate for you.
How long does it take for my guitar to be delivered to me?
Custom-made guitars take between three and 30 months, and the waiting time for each instrument depends very much on the luthier's order list. This will be made known when you choose your guitar.
Can I request for a refund after an order is placed?
No refunds are permitted as materials would be set aside and the time slot for the process of building cannot be replaced.
I do not live in Singapore, how can you help me?

Can I choose the type of wood for my luthier-made guitar?
Yes, you can select the tonewoods for your guitar from the luthier’s stocks.
