COMMON QUESTIONS |
Sergei Rusakov built his first guitar in 1995, marking his remarkable three-decade journey in constructing classical, flamenco, and acoustic guitars. Utilising the finest tonewoods, employing traditional Spanish assembly and finishing techniques, he achieves a harmonious blend of resonances throughout the instrument. His unique technique, refined over decades, plays a pivotal role in attaining these exceptional acoustic qualities. Sergei, who is originally from Saint Petersburg, Russia, relocated to Albania in 2022. His new workshop is located on the beautiful coastal city of Durres. He has two luthier-made classical guitars now available for sale. The waiting time for newly custom-made guitars is up to three months.

The Spanish Approach
Sergei has won rave independent reviews for his Spanish guitar-making technique from José María Gallardo del Rey – the world-renowned guitarist and composer who is known in the world of flamenco. Watch del Rey's video (with Sergei's guitar)– and listen to the demo video by Andrey Balalin (right).
